On Board Payments

A cashless system is in operation for all your on board purchases. An account is opened for you at the start of your stay and you sign a debit when purchasing goods and services on board.

This is charged to your shipboard account and a final invoice is presented at the end of your stay itemising all charges. This can be settled by Sterling Travellers’ Cheques, Visa or MasterCard credit or debit cards, and of course, cash.

It is not possible to use personal cheques to settle on board accounts.

Smoking

As a consideration to all passengers, there are designated smoking and no-smoking areas around the ship. However, the restaurants on board operate a non-smoking policy at all times.

Special Note on Electrical Appliances

All cabins are fitted with a razor point and a continental style two-pin round holed socket, suitable for small electrical appliances only. The voltage on board is 220v AC.

Special Diets

Passengers with certain dietary requirements may be catered for and further enquiries should be made at the time of booking.

Dining: Breakfast

Early risers’ tea and coffee served in the Lotus Buffet Restaurant from 6.30 - 9.30am.

Full English Breakfast, fruit juices, bread/rolls and jam/marmalade, tea, coffee etc served in the Olissipo Restaurant and Lotus Buffet Restaurant from 7.00 – 9.30am.

Dining: Dinner

Dinner is served in the Olissipo Restaurant from 6.30 – 8.30pm.

Dinner includes:

• Appetiser & soup
• Side salad
• Choice of three main dishes plus a vegetarian option
• Choice of desserts
• Cheese & biscuits
• Fruit

Bars Opening Times

Sirenes’ Bar is open from 7am until 1am.

The Calypso Show Lounge Bar is open during performances in the lounge.

Entertainment & Leisure Facilities

The Athena features the Calypso Show Lounge, a nightclub, cinema, shopping boutique and library. There is also a fitness centre and sauna.
