Terms
& Conditions
1. All prices are quoted per cabin, per stay on a Half Board basis
inclusive of Coach Transfers to and from the OE Exhibition from
Monday to Friday, VAT and Service.
2. Notice of cancellation or any amendment to the reservation must
be made in writing to ‘Athena Reservations’ at AECC, not less than
30 days prior to arrival date at the hotel.
3. A rooming list must be forwarded to ‘Athena Reservations
Department’ at AECC no less than 30 days prior to arrival
date.
4. Payment (non-refundable) is required in full in order to confirm
the booking.
5. All bookings will be held on a provisional basis for 7 days.
Booking must be confirmed within the 7 day period by returning
signed contract agreement together with payment in full.
6. In the event of cancellation all charges are
non-refundable.
7. Passport Details for each guest must be forwarded to ‘Athena
Reservations’ at the AECC not less than 7 days prior to
arrival.
